Q: Is there a minimum entry age for the events?

The minimum age is 10 for both Boys and Girls

Q: What are the start times on the day?

Times will vary at each of the main centres and will be emailed out to each participant before the start of the programme.

Q: Where do I collect my Youth Training Top and Football?

Following your registration, the AFL Football and Youth Training Top will be handed out in Weeks 1 and 2 of the programme.

Q: How can I pay if I don’t have a credit card?

The online registration accepts Debit Cards and Paypal. If you wish to discuss an alternative payment, please email youth@aflnz.co.nz

Q: How do I sign up multiple children?

Families who wish to sign up multiple children into the Youth competition will only incur a one off cost of $249 ($199 for early bird). You will need to follow the instructions on the registration form.

Q: Do we need to bring anything?

Each participant will need a drink bottle, practical clothing and a warm/rain jacket..

Q: Can parents stay and watch/get involved?

Absolutely! If you would like to be involved as a volunteer coach or manager please contact youth@aflnz.co.nz.

Q: What is the process for cancellations?

Communication will be made by 8:00am if the week has to be postponed due to weather.

Q: Do Girls and Boys play together?

Depending on age and numbers however all activities are age and stage appropriate and created to have maximal enjoyment.

Q: How do we find you at the venue?

Detailed instructions will be sent out for each centre.

Q: I live in Waitakere but can’t make it on Saturday, can I attend the Sunday centres?

Of course! Just register your child to the centre you will be attending.
